30 Days of Souvenirs: Day 16

Some days it was hard for me to believe how we ever lived so long with it. Other days I almost forgot it existed. But then I'd be daydreaming and accidently walk past the recycling plant and was almost sickened by the smell of it. I was glad to be rid of it: no more scrubbing off every time I went inside, no more ceptiside showers, no more lawns to mow, no more allergies, and no more of those damn mammals. 400 years is what they said-400 long years to get rid of all the dirt in the world. What a struggle! People said it couldnt happen-"theres dirt everywhere!!" And they were almost right...almost. But then my great great grandfather invented the Harvest Strainer and the rest was history.
