Commissions and custom projects begin with a simple description of your vision via the Get Started form below. Our team will reply within 1 business day with a budget range, next available kick-off dates, and steps to secure your spot in our commission queue. Timeline:
9-12 months
We accept a limited number of commissions annually; securing your spot in the queue 9-12 months prior to your desired delivery date is advised.
Commission Pricing
Commission pricing varies based on medium, complexity and size. We’ll be able to provide a more precise price range as we learn more details from you via our Get Started form. At project completion, we offer flexible payment options for the artwork balance including 4-6 month installment options.
Most projects range from:
$10.5K - $25K
Pricing varies based on medium, scale, complexity and history of similar work in our portfolio.
A sketch fee of:
$500
Secures a spot in our commission queue (applied to the project total).
Deposit will be due:
25%
Upon approval of your color mock-up, a 25% deposit is required payable online via credit card or PayPal.
Commission Milestones
Once we arrive at a general direction, medium, size, and budget, we send a commission questionnaire and sketch fee payment request to lock in a spot in our commission queue. The process then unfolds as follows:
Project Conceptualization
- Basic details confirmed
- Sketch fee paid
- Initial black + white sketches sent
Commission Preparation
- Color sketches prepared
- Materials compiled
- Frame selected (if applicable)
Commission Construction
- Artwork begins (at kick-off)
- Progress photos + feedback requests emailed
- Final photo + shipping arranged
