Q: What is your trade discount?
A: We offer a competitive discount for works showing the Add to Cart button including in-stock originals, our made-to-order series, canvas prints and paper art prints, both framed and unframed. The trade discount cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to tax and shipping costs.
Q: I am an art consultant. What is my discount?
A: We offer art consultants a competitive discount, but please know we do not offer a 50% discount. Please reach out for a more in-depth conversation about your business, current/future projects, and quote requests. All requests for pricing will be responded to within 1 business day. We work with many industry leaders including Soho Myriad, Local Language, Skyline Art Services, Nine dot ARTS, and others.
Q: I have a brick and mortar store/showroom. What is my discount?
A: Please see Wholesale Terms (including eligibility and exclusivity requirements) and fill out the form to request wholesale information. Showrooms open by appointment only do not qualify.
Q: How do I apply for a trade account?
A: Simply complete our trade application above and include a copy of your resale certificate and business card and/or website reflecting your business name. You will receive notification of your trade membership status within 1 business day.
Q: Do you offer tax exemption?
A: Sale tax will automatically apply for orders shipped to Colorado or Texas. To waive sales tax on qualifying orders in any of these states, please upload your resale certificate under the trade application.
Q: How do I place orders with my trade discount?
A: Upon approval of your trade application, you will receive a code to use at checkout. This code will only be authorized to the email address submitted with your trade application. If your firm uses a general purchasing email address, please send that our way to authorize.
Q: Do you offer commissions?
A: We welcome commissions through our trade and design partners! Please note that we accept a limited number of commissions annually, and Dolan's calendar books up well in advance. We advise reserving a spot in the queue at least 9-12 months prior to desired delivery of a piece. Typically, commissions start at (retail) $10.5K per piece. Q: Do you offer custom size prints?
A: All paper prints + canvas prints can be custom ordered in custom sizes. Just a couple of requirements to keep in mind: (1) if a size/edition is sold out, we cannot create more; (2) we do not produce paper prints smaller than 16" x 20"; and (3) our minimum canvas print size is 2' x 3'. Q: What is the largest print size you offer?
A: We can print about as large as you might desire. Just keep in mind that, when framing, there are limitations with standard mats (40x60) and plexi. For XL prints, we recommend our canvas prints with float frames.
