Average Fulfillment Times:

• Unframed paper prints: 1-3 business days
• In-stock originals: 1-3 business days
• In-stock canvas prints: 1-3 business days
• Made-to-order originals: 5-6 weeks
• Framed paper prints: 4 weeks

Time-Sensitive Gift Orders:

Need a gift shipped quickly? Simply let us know the deadline in the notes at checkout and we’ll do everything we can to make sure it’s received on time.

Domestic Standard:

• Orders up to $350: $10 flat rate
  
• Orders $350 & up*: 3% order total flat rate

Unframed prints ship via UPS Ground. Most framed prints, canvas prints and originals ship via UPS Ground, no signature required. Please provide a physical address at checkout; we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

*Orders with packed dimensions exceeding UPS Ground size limitations are not eligible for 3% order total flat rate shipping. These artworks feature a “Freight Required” message on their product page. Additional shipping charges will apply after checkout. Learn more about freight shipping.

Domestic Expedited:

• Orders up to $799: $50 flat rate

2-day shipping available for unframed prints only. Framed prints cannot be expedited. If our flat rate covers the cost, we will upgrade your shipment to overnight delivery whenever possible.

If you use the discount code for free shipping available to DG Insiders, your order will ship UPS Ground, not 2Day, even if you select 2Day at checkout.

International Standard:

• Available for unframed prints only
• Orders up to $799: $50 flat rate ($20 for Canada)

Most unframed print orders ship via UPS. Brokerage fees may apply.Orders shipping to Canada ship USPS Priority International.

Please contact us to request a quote for orders of framed prints, canvas prints, or originals. These collections must be special ordered via email.

Special 2-Day Shipping Note:

Orders placed on Thursday with 2-day shipping will be delivered on Monday. If you need an item to be delivered on Saturday, please specify in the notes at checkout and we will invoice for overnight delivery. If you use the discount code for free shipping available to DG Members, your order will ship UPS Ground, not 2Day, even if you select 2Day at checkout.

Shipping Insurance

Route Protect is a package protection solution that helps cover you in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. If something happens to your Route protected order, Route's support team and easy claims process helps ensure your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Orders may be picked up from our Denver (Englewood) studio Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Please proceed with your online order and you will see a pick up option under delivery method during checkout. We offer curbside delivery to your car upon pick-up.
