Google asked Dolan Geiman to create site-specific signage for YouTube’s downtown Chicago offices. For inspiration, the client selected several artworks from Dolan’s portfolio with a focus on unique re-use of found materials. The finished artwork features salvaged wood materials, a soaring flock of white birds cut from recycled wood, text spelling “You” created in shotgun shells, and an intricate cut-out of various upcycled objects all in a red hue to form the word “Tube”.
