The mountains’ uniquely intricate ecosystem represented from forest floor to high in the sky, where fox meets nuthatches and moths meet Steller’s jays. This cast of characters was crafted from hand-cut vintage papers and mounted on a wooden background. Tiny paper details — a phrase in the leaf, the chalky detail of a shed — entreat you to explore and, perhaps even, follow into the wilds towards what (or whom?) ever captured Mr. Fox's gaze.
