In 2012, Urban Outfitters partnered with Dolan on two wall art collections. Dolan’s hip and light-hearted style was a perfect match for the popular clothing and homewares brand. The first collection, a mini version of our popular leather whale sculpture, appeared in their spring catalog. Later, Urban Outfitters commissioned Dolan to create three city themed pennants--San Francisco, Boston, and New York specifically-- as part of his Wooden Pennants collection. A throwback to the vintage felt pennant, the wooden pennants included hand-lettering and iconic imagery from each city.
