We’ve been looking forward to this since our last trip out to the quaint town of Round Top, TX: The Marburger Farm Antique Show is Tuesday, April 2, through Saturday, April 6! Trust us when we say that Marburger Farm is any art and antique fanatic’s dream, with hundreds of the nation’s top dealers of specialty, rare, and vintage home goods setting up pop-up shops all over town (including 12 historic buildings). We’re so glad to be invited as one of a primo, select group of artisans to exhibit original artwork and collectible objects. You can find us, like last year, in Tent G!
The fabulous Natalie Lacy Lange of The Shady Acre recently wrote a terrific blog post highlighting some of her favorite finds at last year’s big Marburger Farm event, and we think it perfectly previews what you can expect to find at this one of a kind show! Truly: from ornate, nature inspired home accents to classic, large-scale mid century modernist furniture, there is something for everyone! As always, you can feel especially good about your treasure hunt knowing that the event benefits terrific Dallas-based nonprofit Dwell with Dignity – dedicated to helping families escape poverty through design.
We had such a terrific response last weekend at Houston’s Bayou City Art Festival unveiling our new line of original artworks known as The American Heritage Collection. Featuring highly detailed collage portraits of historical Native American archetypes, we’re so pleased to announce that (in addition to The Chief) two new works are now available on Etsy as high quality art print reproductions on wood or paper: Warrior & Sister!
We hope to see you in Round Top next week and, if you can’t make it, you can always scope out Marburger’s Pinterest page for design/shopping inspiration from wherever you are! For those of you planning on attending, here’s one last sneak peek into this year’s artist tent! Enjoy!
